From development to implementation, I will make sure that your project will meet your and your partners' needs and will have a tangible impact on your project's beneficiaries. My rich experience from coordinating several international projects for the Council of Europe and civil society organisations allows me to design and manage your research and capacity building projects in a timely, effective, cost-efficient, and results-oriented manner. I offer the following services:
Consultation & Needs Assessment
You have an idea about a project that you would like to realise, but are not yet sure about its form and scope? I am happy to support you in assessing your needs and to explore different options to let your new project take shape with you.
Project Development
You plan to develop a new project but lack in-house expertise or time capacities to do so? I am here to support you in every step from needs assessment and stakeholder identification to planning activities, coordinating bodies, outreach, fundraising and writing grant applications - individually tailored to your needs.
Project Management
You have a developed project and look for a consultant to coordinate your project's implementation? With my strong goal-orientation, persistence, flexibility and drive for quality work, I am excited to make sure that your project will be realised as foreseen and in line with stakeholders' expectations. This may include setting up project structures, recruiting staff, coordinating activities, project reporting and communications.
Evaluation
You have completed a project and look for an external consultant to evaluate your project's impact? I am happy to explore suitable ways to evaluate your recent project and write a report.
